James Hornof, President
James was born in California, lived in Texas for many years and has lived in Colorado since 2012. James loves the mountains, hence the reason for moving to Colorado. When he is not busy with the business, he enjoys trips to the mountains to camp, hike, and fish. He also enjoys axe throwing but is not very good. He has been in the electrical construction industry for over 20 years with experience in field installation, management, estimating, and design. He graduated top of his class in the electrical trade school he went to. He maintained a high GPA two of the four years. The majority of his experience is in the building of fueling electrical systems, processing and industrial facilities. James’s abilities are strengthened from his field experience and time as an electrical service manager. This foundation combined with an electrical master’s license and a business degree provide a strong basis for management and leadership. James holds a Master Electrician license in Colorado, Wyoming, and Texas.
Tamara Kaczmarek, Project Manager, Estimator
Tamara is the Office and Project Manager for B & W Electric. She was born in Arizona but moved to Rifle, Colorado in 1995. She studied Culinary Arts at Auguste Escoffier in Boulder and spent many years as the Production Manager at Pie In the Sky Bakery, a Gluten-Free Cheesecake Wholesale Company. She also has a B.S. in Event & Meeting Management from Metropolitan State University of Denver. When she is not busy keeping the wheels turning, she enjoys spending time with her beautiful daughter Odette, making candles, showing off her baking talents to her friends and family, and enjoying the Colorado sunshine whenever she can.
John Hornof, Head of Texas Branch
John Hornof is a Native Texan who has worked as a Construction Engineer for nearly 20 years while serving in the United States Army. He has traveled the world on various building projects in several countries to include Germany, Kuwait, Israel, Afghanistan, and Liberia. His last humanitarian mission consisted of building hospitals and medical treatment centers in Africa to help fight the Ebola outbreak. After retiring from the U.S. Army, John has continued work in the Construction Industry by building a new hospital in Waco and three apartment complexes. His experience and knowledge in the field has been attributed to his expertise in the industry.
